Terms & Conditions 

General
These terms & conditions are in respect of individual bookings run by Graig Morgan Cyf (hereafter referred to as the Company) at Wern Ddu Quarry. No modification or variation is allowed to this document unless it is given in writing and signed by both the Client and by the Company. Agreement to these Terms and Conditions is non-transferable and shall in all respects be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.

General Risk
Motorsport can be dangerous and as a participating individual using the facilities at Wern Ddu Quarry I accept that I will be undertaking this activity at my own risk.

Children’s Activities
All children must be accompanied by an adult who must remain onsite and be responsible for the children during the time of the booking.

Payments
Full payment must be made at the time of the booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings may be accepted on the day when space and availability permits.

Bookings
Motocross, Quad, and Pit, bikes are not permitted on site even if they are road registered. Only Trials and Enduro bikes are permitted on site providing the sound does not exceed 90db, any bikes exceeding this limit will not be permitted on site under any circumstances. Breach of these terms will result in the individual being asked to leave the site, and no refund will be given.

Riders are not permitted to share a motorbike. For the avoidance of doubt each individual rider must have their own bike for sole use. 

You agree that in the event I/we arrive late, the Company reserve the right to either refuse entry to the site or reduce the timings. Nevertheless, every effort will be made to assist your booking, if genuine reasons have caused the delay.

Personal property at own risk
I understand that all personal items and vehicles left at the site/car parking area shall be deemed so left to be at the owners’ risk.

Cancellation
Should the Company, for whatever reason be unable to open the site due to Force Majeure, then a credit note will be applied to your account which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The booker will not be entitled to claim further damages of any kind whether direct, indirect or consequential.

Refusal of Admission
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to any person’s connected with the booking including the booker, their guests or sub-contractors, without being obliged to offer any reason.

Alcohol and Drugs
The Company operates a strict no alcohol and drug policy. Therefore the client/booker accepts that, if in the opinion of the Company’s representatives at the venue, there is any possibility that a customer, guest or driver is under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, then that person will not be permitted onto the site. In such circumstances, no refund will be made.

Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas on site. 

Clothing
Riders must wear full protective gear including helmet, gloves, protective clothing and riding boots at all times when riding. 

Safe Use
Should the duty manager or the marshals consider any driving /riding to be unsafe or a danger to other users, as the client/booker it is agreed that I/we shall accept all duty manager or marshal decisions; and I understand that in the event of such unsafe driving/riding, I/we shall be asked to leave the premises immediately without the refund of any prior payment.

Loyalty Points
To qualify for the free ride, the rider must book online and must also attend 7 times within a year to qualify for the free ride.
